AI solutions for business
A system takes over customer conversations, sales, booking and internal operations. From a sales bot to a custom CRM and a full product built end to end.
Everything below is running for clients right now.
Olga Gushchina
AI systems architect
Your most expensive people do your cheapest work
Founders and their best people spend the day on work that needs neither their experience nor their salary:
- answering the same questions over and over
- copying numbers from chats into spreadsheets
- typing the tenth identical reply to a customer
- calling people one by one when a request lands at 8pm
- keeping track of who owes whom in their head
Meanwhile requests arrive around the clock. At night nobody answers — and by morning the person has forgotten they ever wrote to you.
Already running
Four systems in production. Open one — you'll see exactly how it's built.
What I build
The system is built around the way your business already works.
Sales and customers
AI sales rep for inbound
Replies in WhatsApp, Telegram and DMs within seconds, any hour: carries the conversation from the first question to a booking, hands the hard cases to a human. You stop losing the people who wrote at night.
Booking without a receptionist
The bot reads your live schedule and offers only the slots that are actually free, sends reminders, reschedules, brings back clients who haven't been in for a while.
Voice bot for inbound calls
Answers and books when nobody can pick up the phone. No missed calls after hours.
Quizzes and diagnostics
Warm up an audience and hand you a person you already know something about.
Inside the company
CRM built around your process
Requests, contacts, money, documents and tasks in one admin panel instead of spreadsheets and three messengers.
Personal assistant for the founder
An AI assistant in Telegram that takes the stream of small tasks off you: reminds, finds, books, prepares. The owner stops being everyone's notebook.
AI onboarding coach
Answers questions about process and «how we do things here» from day one, walks a new hire through onboarding, shows the manager the progress. People get productive in days.
Finance bot
Takes over the daily money routine: without manual spreadsheets you see what came in, who owes what, and how the month ends.
Targeted automations
Scripts and integrations that remove manual data shuffling. The fastest way to test me on something small.
Expertise and content
AI copy of an expert
Answers in your methodology and your voice, and sells as a separate subscription product. Your experience works for every student at once.
Content system
You record voice notes with no preparation, the system turns them into posts in your voice and picks the topics itself. Content ships regularly and costs you minutes a week.
End-to-end products
SaaS platform
From an idea to a live product with subscriptions, roles and a mobile app. Like Sales Coach above.
Sites, landings, Telegram MiniApps, stores
Built together with the bots behind them, so a request never gets lost between the site and a human.
Projects start at ₽80,000. The exact number comes after a short review — it's calculated from the spec.
How it works
Review — 20 to 30 minutes
I look at how your business actually runs and find the one place where AI gives a multiple, not a cosmetic gain. We do the math in your numbers: what comes back and what it costs.
Spec — before the first line of code
The whole system is written down first: screens, logic, what happens in every case. For that CRM the spec ran to 3,500 lines. You see exactly what you're getting, and it's fixed in a document the estimate is then built from.
Build — one architect and a team of AI agents
I design the system and own the result. The routine — database, backend, interface, tests, documentation — is done by AI agents under my direction. That's where the speed of a dev team at the cost of one specialist comes from.
Launch and growth
First a working MVP that pays for itself right away. The architecture is laid out so the next stage is built on top. You own the code. Contract, staged payments, NDA on request.
The usual way and my way
An agency or your own team
- 4–5 developers
- timelines in months
- several salaries every month
- the agency often keeps the rights to the code
- you talk to a manager, he talks to a developer
- one key person leaves and everything stops
With me
- one architect and a team of AI agents
- timelines in weeks
- one payment for the project
- you own the code
- you talk directly to the person designing it
- one person sees the whole system
See what manual work actually costs you

Who does this
I'm Olga Gushchina. I build AI systems for businesses — myself, with a team of AI agents I direct.
You talk directly to the person who designs the system, writes the spec and answers for it working. There is nobody between you and the build.
My systems run in production for clients in Russia and the US: a language school, a business school, a workforce staffing company, a SaaS platform for sales teams.
Start with a review
20 to 30 minutes on Zoom or Telegram. I look at how your business runs and show you 2–3 places where AI pays back fastest — with the math in your numbers.
Not sure AI can handle your documents or your process? Bring them to the call and we'll look together.
The review is free. I don't sell on it — I show.
